You! Me! Our retreat team! Retreats are never the same twice. What’s that expression? “you can’t step in the same river twice”. Even if we ran the retreat again next year with ALL the same people and the same programme, it would be different… because you are different and we are different… what’s going on for you in life will be different… what you want from the retreat will be different… the skills and knowledge we bring will be different….
It’s one of the things I absolutely LOVE about retreats… they’re always so different from one another! Especially as there’s that element of tailoring the content to best meet your needs.
And I see that we could have groups of people meeting each year to retreat… the same group coming back just 12 months later and getting something totally different from the experience!
This retreat is also different from many ‘retreats’ which are just offering a series of treatments and sessions without any eye on the overall arc of the journey of retreat guests.
As an experienced facilitator and Interfaith Minister who holds space for women, individually and in groups, on a daily basis, I have my eye on your overall journey and how you’re experiencing the retreat as you move through all the elements of the weekend’s programme… each session building on the last… adding something to your experience… honouring you and your intentions… honouring the group and group dynamic.
