Your kind of people! Well maybe, if you’re reading this…
Often the women who come on my retreats hold others in some way… in a professional capacity – coaches, counsellors, business owners, leaders or managers.
Others are carers of some kind either in their work or in their home life, caring for children, parents, animals and others;
Others are volunteers in a charity or community group doing something to support a cause they feel passionate about.
And others still are from a variety of careers and life experiences, but what unites them is they're feeling flat about what they’re doing and maybe searching for more purpose and looking for inspiration.
Sometimes they’re women who wouldn’t normally take time for themselves, or feel guilty about doing so.
