I do.

Including a chance to reflect on your relationship, notice what you're grateful for in one another, perhaps even write new vows for your future ahead together.

I've held 5 year, 10 year, 25 and 30 year vow renewals.

It's a beautiful way... to honour the time you've spent together and all the life that's happened in your marriage... to mark a new stage in your relationship... and to recommit to one another for the future.

And if you didn't have the ceremony you wanted first time round, it's an opportunity to do it again and make it what YOU want, not what others expect.

Perhaps you wanted something spiritual not religious... something outside in nature... something a little less traditional... or just the two of you... or wanted to write your own vows but not to be heard by the hundreds of guests who came... or to sing or dance. Or maybe you had exactly the ceremony you wanted at the time, but are different people now and want something different to honour your relationship now...

A vow renewal is a chance to have your ceremony, your way.

I treat vow renewals in the same way as marriages... for me, they warrant the same depth, creativity and love I put in for wedding couples.
